Oil, Gas and Mineral Interest in Texas

Sale of Oil and Gas Property, describe as below:

(a) All rights, title, and interest of the Bankrupts in and to certain lands located in Live Oak County, Texas identified by legal description in the table attached as Exhibit A to as well as all other rights, titles, and interests, if any, in oil, gas, and other minerals in the State of Texas (the “Lands”);

(b) all of the Bankrupts’ mineral interests, royalty interests, oil, gas and mineral leasehold interests, and all other interests in the oil, gas and other minerals of every kind, nature and character in the Lands;

(c) All of the Bankrupts’ claims, demands, suits, causes of action, rights of recovery, obligations, and damages of every kind or character, known or unknown, asserted or unasserted, absolute or contingent, accrued or unaccrued, matured or unmatured, liquidated or unliquidated, and whether arising at law or in equity, under common law, state law, federal law, or any other law, rule, regulation, or otherwise, and any proceeds, monies, income, settlement, production held, or other personal property now on hand or in the possession of any lessor, lessee, operator, producer, purchaser, or seller of production, pipeline company, bank, governmental agency or tribunal, or any other person, entity, tribunal, or party, and all related distributions or which are attributable or relate to, in any form or matter, the Lands;

(i) All of the Bankrupts’ interest in and to the oil, gas and other minerals in the Lands;
(ii) All of the Bankrupts’ prior ownership of the Lands;
(iii) All oil, gas or other minerals produced from the Lands; and
(iv) All oil, gas or other minerals which could have been produced from the Lands.
