• Undivided one-half interest in 3.61 net mineral acres in the following described property: Section 17, Township 6 North, Range 13 East, Pittsburg County;
• Overriding Royalty Interest in the following described property: Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 12 East, Pittsburg County (Shields 1-23, Shields 2-23, Shields 3-23);
• Overriding Royalty Interest in the following described property: Section 17, Township 5 North, Range 13 East, Pittsburg County (Big Daddy 1-17, Big Daddy 2-17H);
