Oil and Gas Wells and Leases for Sale

Sale of Bakken Assets of Escalera Resources Co., are located in McKenzie, Burke, and Dunn Counties, North Dakota, and Richland and Roosevelt Counties, Montana (collectively, the “Properties”), and consist of company interests in and to the following:

• Those certain Leases, which term includes various oil and gas leases, ORRIs, mineral interests, units and participating areas located in or on the Properties;
• All oil, gas, water and injection wells located in or upon the Properties;
• Any currently existing pools or units which include any Lands, all or part of any Leases or any Wells including those pools or units shown on Exhibit A-3 to the PSA;
• All Hydrocarbons produced from or attributable to the Leases, Lands and Wells from and after the Effective Time; and
• Records associated with the foregoing.
