Sale of roughly 238.93 mineral acres interest in three tracts of land in Smith County, Texas. Described below:
TRACT A. 50.00 acres of land, more or less, of the N.W. Corner of Section No. Two (2) of the Don Thomas Quevado Survey, A-18, Smith County, Texas, and being all of that same land described in that certain Warranty Deed, dated March 6, 1970, from Mattie McMinn, T.B. Craft, Rena Westbrook, W.O. Craft, john H. Craft, Tom Craft, Sallye Cayce, jimmy Craft and Polly McAdams to Bob D. Loggins, recorded in Volume 1329, Page 233, Deed Records, Smith County, Texas; and,
TRACT B. 50.00 acres of land, more or less, being the East One-Half of 100 acres of the N.W. Corner of Section No. Two (2) of the Don Thomas Quevado Survey, A-18, Smith County, Texas, and being that same land d escribed in that certain Assumption Deed, dated May 28, 1970, from Larry Loggins and wife, Terry Loggins, to Bob Loggins, recorded in Volume 1339, Page 580, Deed Records, Smith County, Texas; and
TRACT C. 138.93 acres of land, more or less, a part of the Francis Williams Survey, A-1032, Smith County, Texas and being the same land described in a Warranty Deed dated August 6, 1965 from K. Y. jones and wife, Marva Leo jones to Bob Loggins and wife, Dorothy Loggins and being recorded in Volume 1165, Page 497 of the Deed Records of Smith County, Texas.
