Sale of oil, gas, coal and all other mineral rights and any and all lease interest with Peabody Energy, subject to any and all other leases, other encumbrances and liens:

All of the Mary Joan Johnson’s undivided right, title and interest, including, but not limited to, the right to receive rents, royalties, advance royalties, earned royalties, suspended royalties and overriding royalties, in and to all of the coal, oil, gas, and all other minerals underlying the South One-Half (S 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Seven (7) South, Range Seven (7) East of the Third Principal Meridian, Saline County, Illinois; the North One Hundred Twenty (120) acres of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Thirty-Four (34), Township Seven (7) South, Range Seven (7) East of the Third Principal Meridian, Saline County, Illinois; and, the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Thirty-Four (34), Township Seven (7) South, Range Seven (7) East of the Third Principal Meridian, Saline County, Illinois.
