Auction Sale of office equipment and furniture to be conducted by Heath Industrial Auction Services, Inc., d/b/a American Auction Associates, Inc. (“Heath”) as auctioneer, described as below:

(1) computers and computer paraphernalia (e.g. Windows desktop computer, iPad, scanner, routers); (2) office appliances (e.g. shredder, mail scale); (3) kitchen appliances (e.g. mini-fridge, coffee maker); (4) audio/visual equipment (e.g. Panasonic video camera, Go Pro and accessories); (5) office furniture (e.g. couches, desks, filing cabinets, shelving) (collectively, the “Property”) used by the seller in the operation of its business.
