- The Trustee will sell the bankruptcy estate’s interest in a Note and Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) executed and delivered by Dusty S. Parra and Ryan W. Parra to Douglas J. Brockway, in the original principal amount of $27,000, dated June 20, 2016. The real estate pledged by the Mortgage is located at 7 Pine Street, Rouses Point, New York (the “Mortgaged Property”).
- On June 20, 2016, Douglas J. Brockway conveyed the Mortgaged Property to Dustie S. Parah and Ryan W. Parah by Warranty Deed. In the Warranty Deed, Douglas J. Brockway retained a life estate in the Mortgaged Property for himself and his wife. Trustee understands that Dusty S. Parra is the daughter of Douglas J. Brockway.
- Pursuant to the Mortgage, Dustie S. Parah and Ryan W. Parah will repay the sum of $27,000 in fifteen (15) annual installments of $1,800 each, commencing with a payment due on August 31, 2017. Trustee understands that one payment was made in August of 2017, but no subsequent payments were remitted. The balance due is believed to be $25,200.
