1. 1/16 interest in an undivided 1/3 interest in an undivided 49.43182 acre mineral interest and under NW/4 NE/4 and NE/4 NW/4 of Section Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nineteen (19) W.I.M., Washita County, Oklahoma, less and except the West 30 feet of the NE/4 NW/4 of said Section 8, as described in Book 254 at Page 76 of the land records of Washita County, Oklahoma;
2. 1/16 interest in an undivided 1/3 interest in an undivided 4.5 acre mineral interest in and under the SE/4 SW/4 of Section Four (4), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nineteen (19) W.I.M., Washita County, Oklahoma;
3. 1/16 interest in an undivided 1/3 interest in an undivided 13.2775 acre mineral interest in and under Lots land 2 and the E/2 NW/4of Section Nineteen (19), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eighteen (18) WIM Washita County, OK;
4. 1/16 interest in an undivided 1/3 interest in an undivided 4.385 acre mineral interest in and under Lot 3 and 12 acre tract in SE/4 NW/4 of Section Five (5),Township Nine (9) North, Range Eighteen (18) WIM, Washita County, Oklahoma; and
