• an undivided ¼ interest in an undivided 13.625 mineral acres lying in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) and the West Half (W/2) of the West Half (W/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Nine (9) North, Range Sixteen (16) West, Washita County, Oklahoma;
• an undivided ¼ interest in an undivided 4½ mineral acres lying in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West, in Caddo County, Oklahoma;
• an undivided ¼ interest in an undivided 3½ mineral acres lying in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West, Caddo County, Oklahoma;
• an undivided ¼ interest in an unidivided 13 1/3 mineral acres lying in the East half (E/2) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Eighteen (18) South, Range Twenty-six (26) West, and the West Half (W/2) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Eighteen (18) South, Range Twenty Twenty-six (26) West, Ness County, State of Kansas, as more fully described on the Mineral Deed filed in Book 154 at Page 25 of 2/11/81 in Register of Deeds Office, Ness County, Kansas;
• an undivided ¼ interest in an undivided 6 2/3 mineral acres in Uvalde County, Texas, as shown and described in Abstract No. 468, Certificate 50, Survey No. 181, Original Grantee of 640 acre tract was B. Smith, as more fully described in the Mineral Deed filed in Vol. 230 at Page 580 in the Uvalde County Clerk’s office;
• an undivided ¼ interest in an undivided mineral interest located in the SW/4 of Section 26-Township 10 North, Range 11 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma in the East Binger Unit Rock Island Tract 1263; and
• an undivided ¼ interest in an undivided mineral interest located in the SE/4 of Section 27-Township 10 North, Range 11 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, in the East Binger Unit Township Tract 1274;
