Sale of litigation rights in that certain litigation pending in the Los Angeles County Superior Court (the "State Court") assigned Case No. LC103730 (the "State Court Action") commenced on or about January 5, 2016 by Seller filing a complaint (the "Complaint") for cancellation of instruments, violation of California Civil Code section 2924 et seq., negligence, slander of title, violation of California Business and Professions Code section 17200 et seq., fraud and deceit, violation of the racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations act (RICO) 18 U.S.C. sections 1961-1968 (the "Claims") against defendants Nationstar Mortgage LLC ("Nationstar"); U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT 2 007-OA1 Trust.
