Litigation Claims for Sale

Sale of all known and unknown claims of the estate against O’Gara Coach Company, LLC and its present and former employees and agents: 1) Thomas O’Gara; 2) Maureen Adford-O’Gara; 3) Tim O’Hara; 4) Llewyn Jobe; 5) Jennifer Stroup, 6) Rich Laski and 7) Stuart McIntosh including, but not limited to, the claims alleged by Joseph Ra in the certain Crosscomplaint filed by the Seller (hereinafter referred to the“Assigned Claims”) in the matter entitled Holy Shirts and Pants, LLC, Early Bird Restaurant, LLC and Marcello Caraveo v. O’Gara Coach Company, LLC, Joseph Ra, TD Auto Financial, LLC, Ally Financial. Inc., Porsche Financial Services: Joseph Ra v. O’Gara Coach Company, LLC. Thomas O’Gara, Maureen Adford-O’Gara, Tim O’ Hara, Llewyn Jobe, Jennifer Stroup, Rich Laski, Stuart McIntosh and Michael Van Bemmel (L.A.S.C. Case No. SC 125609) (the aforementioned lawsuit shall be referred to hereinafter as the the “O’Gara Litigation”).
