Sale of the Works and all of the Seller’s right, title, interest, ownership and all subsidiary rights in and to the Works, including but not limited to the right to secure copyright registration therein in assignee’s name as claimant, and the right to secure renewals, reissues, and extensions of any such copyright or copyright registration in assignee’s name in the United States or any foreign country and all related materials including but not limited to customer lists and remaining copies of “Doing Business in Nevada: A Practical Guide” and “Bishop and Zucker on Nevada Corporations and Limited Liability Companies” (Reg.
