Land Installment Contract for Sale

Sale of trustee's right, title, and interest in in land installment contract. The Liquidating Trustee is the owner of various assets including certain real property previously owned by Smart Money Secured Income Fund, LLC (“SIF”) located at 4878 North Overlook Avenue, Cincinnati, OH (the “Property”). Prior to the initiation of the bankruptcy case, SIF had entered into a Land Installment Contract with Hollie on April 29, 2014 (the “Land Installment Contract”) providing for purchase of the Property by Chris Hollie (“Hollie”) for the total amount of $42,000 with the sum of $37,000 being paid over eight years. The outstanding balance due under the Land Installment Contract is $29,900.93 as of July of 2018. The last payment under the Land Installment Contract is due in March of 2022.
