Judgments for Sale

Sale of judgments which includes:

1. two judgments against judgment debtors Jonny Ngo and NL Technology, LLC, having uncollected principal sums due of $2,095,993 and $184,968, plus post-judgment interest, each entered 2/8/2018 by the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, in its Case # 37-2017-0030486-CU-BC-CTL; and
2. the judgment entered 4/10/2018 having uncollected balance of approximately $76,233 against judgment debtors Beverly Hills Property Management (“BHPM”) and Peter Ferguson, which judgment was issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California, in Adversary Proceeding # 18-90013-LT; provided that the Assets do not include any sums collected with respect to the Ferguson / BHPM Judgment prior to the Agreement reference date, or any other property of the Estate.
