• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01039-SC against Fortuna DSB Investment, Inc. (“Fortuna”) entered June 11, 2015, in the amount of $25,000;
• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01048-SC against JMC Global, Inc. (“JMC”) entered June 11, 2015, in the amount of $48,376.32;
• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01051-SC against Kimchi Nara aka Kim Chi Na Ra (“Kimchi”) entered June 11, 2015, in the amount of $9,025.69;
• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01052-SC against Kim’s Cleaning Service (“Kim’s”) entered June 11, 2015, in the amount of $5,000;
• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01064-SC against Pacific Coast Ranches, Inc. (“Pacific Coast”) entered June 12, 2015, in the amount of $14,020.35;
• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01077-SC against Wesco Plastic, Inc. (“Wesco”) entered June 12, 2015, in the amount of $69,893.35;
• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01096-SC against Duk Hee Kang (“Kang”) entered October 8, 2015, in the amount of $49,918.02;
• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01056-SC against MSJJ Corporation ("MSJJ") entered June 11, 2015, in the amount of $247,235.90, of which $4,1126.00 has been recovered by the Trustee;
• Judgment in adversary no. 8:15-ap-01031-SC against Blue Marine Seafood, Inc. ("Blue Marine") entered October 8, 2015, in the amount of $42,422.32, of which $33,311.33 has been recovered by the Trustee (collectively, the “Judgments”); and
• The Trustee holds a claim for avoidance of certain transfers of the Debtor against Woo Jin Trading Inc. (“Woo Jin Claim”) (together with the Judgments, “Assets”).
