Judgments, Claims and Remnant Assets for Sale

Sale of Judgments, Claims and Remnant Assets, described as below:

• Judgments for $5,000.00: the Estate are certain default judgments obtained by the Trustee in the following cases: (i) Adv. Proc. No. 15-01303 (Braman Motors, LLC); (ii) Adv. Proc. No. 15-01343 (Nibler); (iii) Adv. Proc. No. 15-01310 (Pagan); (iv) Adv. Proc. No. 15-01305 (Peterson’s Harley Davidson of Miami, LLC); (v) Adv. Proc. No. 15-01374 (Hitt Medical, LLC, North Louisiana Medical Testing, LLC); (vi) Adv. Proc. No. 15-01376 (Sarjit Patel, SJS Health, LLC); and (vii) Adv. Proc. No. 15-01368 (Tain) (collectively, “Default Judgments”);
• Claims for $20,000.00: The Estate continues to own claims (1) against Beau Fessenden in Adversary Proceeding No. 14-01087-MLB and Adversary Proceeding No. 15-01342- MLB, as further modified in the Settlement Agreement dated as of June 7, 2019 [Doc. No. 1101-1 in the Bankruptcy Case; the “Settlement Agreement”] approved by the Court by order entered on July 12, 2019 (collectively, the “Fessenden Claims”), and (2) against YourCode, Inc. pursuant to that certain Promissory Note dated February 6, 2015 in the principal amount of $240,000 and Security Agreement dated February 6, 2015 (collectively the “YourCode Claims”); and
• Remnant Assets for $5,000.00: The Seller's Estate, consisting of known or unknown assets or claims, which have not been previously sold, assigned, or transferred (collectively, “Remnant Assets”).
