Judgment for Sale

This firm represents Michael F. Thomson, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the "Trustee") for the bankruptcy estate of Robert L. Leslie and Martha A. Leslie (together, the "Debtors"). A copy of the Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors & Deadlines is enclosed for your reference. The Trustee obtained a Judgment in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah against the Debtors in the amount of $10,471.00, plus post-judgment interest at the statutory rate (the "Judgment"). The Judgment has been domesticated in the Sixth Judicial District Court, Garfield County, State of Utah. The Judgment has been also recorded with the Garfield County Recorder's office against the Debtors' real property, including real property located at 187 East 400 North, Panguitch, Utah 84759. A copy of the recorded Judgment is enclosed for your reference. The Trustee would like to sell the Judgment and is currently soliciting bids for the purchase of the Judgment. The sale would be free and clear of liens and would be made "as is" and "where is," with no representations or warranties.
