Judgment Against California Industrial Supplies Business

Sale of a judgment against IBT obtained in the Orange County Superior Court litigation entitled Van Dan Limited et al. v. Dan W. Baer et al. The State Court Judgment was entered on November 15, 2011, and was affirmed on appeal. The total due to the Debtors as of June 8, 2015 was $4,714,962. Of that amount, $3,159,183 is Owed to Banyan, $740,947 is owed to Pear Tree, and $814,832 is owed to Orange Blossom. Interest continues to accrue on the State Court Judgment. The State Court Judgment is a principal asset of value scheduled by the Debtors and is likely the only asset that the Trustee can liquidate for the benefit of creditors.
