Soft drinks, beverages, beer and wine, cigarettes, and snack foods of various kinds, together with other incidental items there located, including the shelving, miscellaneous office furniture and equipment (from both the mechanic shop and convenience store), fixtures, computers, printers, fax machines, security cameras, video recorders, safes, all refrigerators (excluding vendor owned) including the walk-in refrigerator, all ovens, and kitchen apparatus & equipment except for those items which belong to the subtenant Norma Pena, the POS (Point of Sale) systems including all cash registers, all Mechanics': parts, equipment, gadgets, and devices (excluding tools owned by the mechanic currently leasing the mechanic shop) including the smog testing systems (including testing machines, OBD2 apparatus, dyno, smoke machine, and related devices), tire balancer, tire changer, alignment machine and its related lift, air conditioning (AC) machine and its apparatus, three (3) car lifts, two (2) floor jacks, bumper jack, engine cherry picker, and the mechanic's computer system, printer, cash register, Bear battery tester, accuturn brake machine, blue tool box, pallet jack, stainless steel table, Allen computer analyzer, strut changer machine, smart part washer, vice machine, and table drill.
