• Pending Canadian Applicant No. 2,768,474, awaiting first office action (M&T 35470.46)

• Bankruptcy Estate's intellectual property associated with the Patent Applications, Issued Patents and Pending Applications identified above including: all associated trade secrets, proprietary methods and processes, and including those associated with the processing of associated nanotubes and catalysts related thereto. (the “Patent Associated Property”); and

Trademarks Identified As:

• SWENT and Design (M&T 35470.10) Registration No.: 3590063 Date of First Use: December 1, 2005 First Use in Commerce: December 1, 2005, Goods: Nanotubes, namely, tubular carbon molecules used in electronic, mechanical, chemical and biochemical applications Section 8 and 15 Affidavits were accepted on September 29, 2015.
