• The trade name “CSS Nevada”, including all derivatives and stylizations of that trade name and all logos and graphics using or containing the trade name, along with the goodwill associated therewith (collectively, the “Trade Name”)
• The internet address www.cssnevada.com (the “URL”)
• The phone number used by the Business [(877) 568-2677]
• The customer list of the Business (as contained in the files and records of the Business) that existed on the Conversion Date, along with the database (name, contact info, etc.) for those customers, and along with all of the servicing contracts and rights for those customers (collectively, the “Customers”).
