Intellectual Property for Sale

Auction Sale of trademarks and trademark applications, brand names, Internet domain names, customer lists, and other intellectual property of Dots, LLC. The Assets are described below:

• All trademarks, service marks, trade names, service names, brand names, all trade dress rights, logos, Internet domain names and corporate names and general Intangibles of a like nature, together with the goodwill associated with any of the foregoing, and all applications, registrations, and renewals related thereto;
• Membership lists, customer information, including contact information and email addresses and other purchasing history and related information;
• Any claims or causes of action arising out of or related to any infringement, dilution, misappropriation, or other violation of any of the foregoing; and
• Any property necessary for the transfer to and/or the operation by a buyer of any of the foregoing.
