Auction sale of Intellectual property of The Adoni Group, Inc. in New York, New York which includes rights, title and interest in certain intellectual property rights derived from and related to L’Amour Des Pieds, or any variation thereof, including, the trademarks, trade dress, logos, domain names, URL’s, certain social media accounts and presences, web sites and links, trade names, trademark applications/registrations, copyrights, trade secrets, moral, attribution and integrity rights, goodwill, designs, graphics, product images, prototypes, treatments, color selections or combinations related thereto, and all inventory in the Seller’s possession or control related to the brand, “L’Amour Des Pieds”.
