Intangible (Trade Names and Logos) for Sale

Sale of intangibles, including a trade name and logos. Specifically, the Estate includes:

Phoenix Industries LLC hereby purchases and Transferor hereby sells and transfers, the trade name “Samuel Gordon” , “Samuel Gordon Jewelry and Diamond Merchants” and all derivatives thereof in connection with the Jewelry Business that was established in Oklahoma City, OK in 1904 founded by the late Samuel Gordon known including the corporate name Samuel Gordon and Diamond Merchants Inc. The transfer of and purchase shall include ALL trade names, trademarks, copyrights, registrations, trade dress, etc. All utility patents, copyrights, design patents, patents applied for and or granted, a full disclosure of trade secrets if any associated with the Samuel Gordon name and business logos. Phoenix Industries shall have the exclusive rights and ownership to the name and “Samuel Gordon”, “Samuel Gordon Jewelers and Diamond Merchants” name in any of its variants, derivatives, etc.
