Sale of Intangible Property that consists of any and all remaining non-exempt interest and title in the Seller's and the Seller's ex-husband's (Rodger Penzabene) music catalogue as described in the Exhibit A on the attached PDF; the ownership interests or share of ownership interests, in musical compositions, song lyrics written in whole or in part by the Seller and the Seller's ex-husband, musical productions, recordings, trade names, copyrights, publishing rights, co-publishing rights, writer's share of publishing income, artist income, rights to receive license fees, mechanical royalties, performance royalties, income royalties, artist royalties, producer royalties, synchronization income, sheet folio income, digital royalties, electronic royalties, royalties from all known and future media, royalty payments and payments of any kind from any and all sources worldwide; and any and all contract rights, audit rights, copyright infringement rights, all records and other documents in any form in possession or under control of the Trustee relating to royalty payments due or coming due to the Seller.
