Auction Sale of Intellectual and Intangible Property of Millennium Medical Spa, LLC by IP Auctions, Inc. Description as follow:

(i) Any and all rights of the Estate in any intellectual property includes:

• Trademark registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) as # 3424408 (design and words “Releana Innovations in Weight Loss")
• Trademark registered with the USPTO as #3440303 (standard character mark “Releana")
• Patent registered with the USPTO as Patent # 7,605,122 (Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) formulations for facilitating weight loss and body contouring)
• Any copyright interests of the Estate, including any website and/or graphics. Trustee knows of no formal registration of any such interests, but interests may exist under common law
• Any and all customer files of the Debtor in the possession of Trustee, in the form of a QuickBooks backup of the Debtor’s computer system
• Any and all reseller / supplier files of the Debtor in the possession of Trustee, in the form of a QuickBooks backup of the Debtor’s computer system
• Any and all trade secrets, including fabrication process details, contained in the books and records of the Debtor in the possession of Trustee in the form of a QuickBooks backup of the Debtor’s computer system, or available from any such fabricators

(ii) Any and all books and records of the Debtor in the possession of Trustee, including any customer or supplier information, as contained in those records, including a QuickBooks backup of the Debtor’s computer system and any invoices or other information provided to Trustee
