Installment Note and Security Agreement for Sale

Sale of Installment note ("Note") executed by Douglas Hilak and Hilda Hilak (collectively "Obligor") for the benefit of the seller, with an original principal balance of $29,000, 7% interest, payable by monthly payments of at least $336.71 beginning September 16, 2012 and continuing until the Note is paid in full no later than August 16, 2022, and an accompanying security agreement wherein the Obligor granted the seller a security interest in certain personal property, and the proceeds and products thereof, described as a 2005 Champion Home Builders Manufactured Home, Infinity Limited Edition II, Serial Number 009-016212B/A-OOP-H ("Security Agreement").
