Giftware Store Closing Sale in California

Sale of commencing going out of business sales (collectively, the “Store Closing Sale”) of R & S Antiques, Inc., company operates a high-end giftware store (the "Business") on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. The Sale also include its remaining inventory (the "Merchandise") (i) first at its store location at 262 North Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, California 90210 (the "Store") until the effective date of the company's rejection of its lease for the Store location and (ii) thereafter at an alternate location until the earlier of March 31, 2018 or the date upon which the last of the Merchandise has been sold, through a store closing sale (the "Store Closing Sale").
