Financial Assets for Sale

Sale of financial assets which includes:

1. All stock with Port United, Inc.
2. Sestus, LLC.
3. Sestus International, Ltd. Invoice.
4. Sestus International, Ltd. Promissory Note.
5. All rights and interests, in and to any and all agreements assignments, transfers and collateral conveyances to Premier Management and Associates, Ltd. and Mel Cap, LLC, and in or to Management Services and Intellectual Property Security Agreement Dated, May 18, 2014.
6. All rights and interests in and to the Loan and Intellectual Property Security Agreement, with Premier Management and Associates, Ltd. Dated May 16, 2014.
7. The right to challenge or disqualify any and all interests in 401(k) accounts in the name of Taun and/or Leah Willis.
8. The right to challenge or disqualify any transfers, assignments, pledges, or conveyances by anyindividuals or entities into any 401(k) accounts in the name of Taun and/or Leah Willis.
9. Any and all interest in and to The Patent License Agreement between Sestus International Limited and Sestus, LLC, dated May 17, 2014, together with the accompanying Patent Promissory Note, including all rights to payment.
10. Any and all rights and interest in and to Sestus, LLC, licensing agreements with Sestus International Limited.
11. Any and all rights and interests in and to the Sestus Virtual Token Patent, and the Virtual Token Source Code.
12. Any and all interests in the PhishCops Source Code U.S. Trademark.
13. Any and all interests in the Virtual Token U.S. Trademark.
14. Any and all interests in the Cloud Token U.S. Trademark Application.
15. Any and all patent transfers of any kind or nature, all patents pending, trademark applications, transfers, sales, or assignments of the assets listed above.
16. Any and all rights and interests in all products and services derived from the Sestus Virtual Token technology.
17. Any and all rights and interests in all products and services derived from the PhishCops Source Code.
18. The Patent License Agreement, dated May 17, 2014, between Sestus International Limited and Sestus, LLC.
19. Any and all copyrights and intellectual property rights of Sestus, LLC and/or Taun and Leah Willis.
20. Any and all rights and interest in or to MFA partners 1, LLC.
21. Any and all rights and interest in or to Sestus, LLC, issued contract by Bureau of the Fiscal Services/ Department of the Treasury Procurement ID: TFSAFIN160003, in the amount of $5,500.00, dated October 2, 2015.
