Equipment for Sale

Sale of assets of Alevo USA, Inc. includes:

1. Alevo GridBank with integrated HVAC system (“GridBank”) – including 40-foot container sized battery, 2MW, 1MWh battery connected to substation in Hagerstown, Maryland, and any spare battery inventory;
2. Site Balance-of-Plant including all civil work, mobile office, and site service equipment; Service and monitoring equipment located in Concord, North Carolina (to be relocated by Sellers), including approximately 400 spare batteries, testing equipment, transport crates, computers, GridBank remote monitoring software and server and other miscellaneous equipment related thereto;
3. Remaining 485 Modules;
4. 20 foot Demonstrator with Parker 100kW inverter, and any other inverter used in connection with the GridBank;
5. 2 Demonstrator racks with combiner boxes;
6. Dell laptop with LG monitor;
7. Tektronix TDS 3034B Oscilloscope;
8. Altair 5X multi gas sniffer;
9. Klein tools MM300 multi meter;
10. Dremel 4200 and accessories;
11. Weller 8200 PKS solder gun;
12. Aoyue solder station with accessories;
13. 2 Red Uline adjustable carts;
14. Pallet jack;
15. Work tables and desks;
16. 2 Rolling shop carts;
