Auction Sale of Equipment of Cruisin' On Inc. to be conducted by Eric Rubin and Moecker Auctions, Inc. as Auctioneer, described as below:

(a) Packing bags, boxes shelves, turn table, electric conveyor and balers (the “Inventory & Supplies”); (b) 4 desk chairs, 2 fire proof filing cabinets and a refrigerator (the “Office Furniture”); (c) 3 Computers and 2 copy machines (collectively, the “Office Equipment”); (d) 2 trucks (collectively, the “Trucks”); and (e) a packing machine and air compressors with the notation “Lease – Option to Buy” (collectively, the “Equipment”) located at the 2260 N.W. 13th Avenue, Miami, FL 33142 (the “Premises”).
