Sale of contract for deed for a real property described below:
The predecessor trustee was accepting payments on a contract for deed for a property located at 669 20th Avenue, Dunnell, Minnesota. The property was being purchased by William and Tina Beavers. The predecessor trustee was giving the $300.00 a month payments to the secured creditor, Wells Fargo, until the mortgage was paid off and then retaining the remainder deed payments for the bankruptcy estate. There is $1,411.73 left to be paid on the contract for deed and the trustee is accepting this amount in full satisfaction of the buyer’s obligation under the contract.
