Claims for Sale

Sale of all of the seller's pre-petition liens, claims and causes of action against Arrowhead Investments, LLC (“Arrowhead”), including a mechanic’s lien that the seller filed against Arrowhead’s property at 3001 Arrowhead Drive, Los Angeles, California 90068 (the “Project”) on July 17, 2017 in the amount of $847,148.06, which was reduced to $734,882.94 (“Mechanic’s Lien”), and the Debtor’s claims for (1) Breach of Contract, (2) Labor and Materials Furnished, (3) Account Stated, (4) Prompt Payment; and (5) Foreclosure of Mechanic’s Lien in the action entitled Winters-Schram Associates v. Arrowhead Investments, LLC, et al., pending in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, Central Division as Case No. BC678792 (the “Action”).
