Sale of Claims, described as below:

Any claims of any nature in law or equity which arose at any time prior to the filing of Debtor’s bankruptcy, captioned above, that could have been asserted or may have been asserted by the Debtor, Christopher Blount, against Roger K. Kadrmas, 2329 112th Avenue SW, Dickinson, ND 58601-8321, which claims are now held by the Bankruptcy Estate; and any claims held by the Bankruptcy Estate against Roger K. Kadrmas that arose during the pendency of the Bankruptcy Case, up to and including October 24, 2016.
