Claims and Related Financial Assets for Sale

Sale of Claims and Related Financial Assets, described as below:

• Claims: Claim No. 6 in the Bankruptcy Case, in the general unsecured amount of $136,000.00 ("Sanchez Proof of Claim"). Ms. Sanchez filed an amendment to the Sanchez Proof of Claim, in the general unsecured amount of $245,441.12. Ms. Sanchez will amend her Sanchez Proof of Claim to the compromised unsecured amount of $176,000.00 ("Agreed Claim Amount"); and
• Other Financial Assets: Those assets which he is requesting authorization to use or sell ("Subject Assets") as follows: (i) Strawflower Property; (ii) Funds in connection with close of escrow for Maria Sanchez loan; (iii) Motorcycle, education accounts; (iv) Sale of claims, and more particularly described from Page No. 9-12 on the attached PDF.
