Sale of All property, tangible or intangible, documented or undocumented, titled or not titled, including valuable rights and defenses, viable claims and counter claims, whether known or not known by the seller(s), under penalty of perjury, as: The non-exempt checking account held by Region Bank, as listed on Schedule B(l), that was valued by the sellers at One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00); the non-exempt clothing, that was valued by the sellers at One Hundred Dollars ($100.00); The seller has an interest Loans owed by My Baby Fence, LLC, as listed on Schedule B(16), that was valued by the seller at Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Three Dollars and Twenty Two Cents ($5,863.22). The seller have claimed One Thousand One Hundred Seventy Two Dollars and Four Cents ($1,172.04) of the loans as exempt. The non-exempt portion of the loans, in the amount of Four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety One Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($4,691.18) is property of the estate and subject to administration by the Trustee. The seller has a 50% interest in My Baby Fence, LLC ("LLC") that was valued by the seller at Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Dollars and Ninety Cents ($15,840.90) which means the ½ interest of the LLC would be Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Dollars and Forty Five Cents ($7,920.45). The seller has claimed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) of the LLC as exempt pursuant to Art. X, §4 of the Florida Constitution and Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) of the LLC as exempt pursuant to Florida Statute 222.25(4). The non-exempt portion of the LLC, in the amount of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Dollars and Forty-Five Cents (2,920.45).
