Sale of Causes of Actions, described as below:

• All causes of action which were or could have been alleged against Moses Chadwick, Carolyn Chadwick (Moses Chadwick and Carolyn Chadwick hereafter referred to as the “Chadwicks”), Tessie, and Tessie’s directors, officers employees, and attorneys, arising from the facts, circumstances, or events, asserted in the lawsuit styled United States of America, et al. ex rel Mohsen Loghmani v. Tessie Cleveland Community Services Corporation. (United States District Court, Central District, Case No. 2:14-cv- 07462) (“Qui Tam Action”); 
• All causes of action which were or could have been alleged against James Jeffery Little, Law Office Administrators, LLC, J.J. Little & Associates, Legal Beagle, LLC, The Joseph Jordan Little Irrevocable Trust of 2009, Charles Bradford Remington, Settlor of the Joseph Jordan Little Irrevocable Trust of 2009, Joann L. Remington, Trustee of the Joseph Jordan\ Little Irrevocable Trust of 2009, Michael Thompson, the Chadwicks, Tessie, and Tessie’s directors, officers, employees, and attorneys, asserted in the lawsuit styled Mohsen Loghmani v. James Jeffrey Little, et al. (“Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. BC627195”) (“Lawsuit 1”); and 
• All causes of action which were or could have been alleged, against County of Los Angeles, Hilda L. Solis, Mark Ridley Thomas, Sheila Kuehl, Janice Hahn, Kathryn Barger, John Naimo, Dr. Johnathan E. Sherin, James J. Little, Sylvia Ramirez, David Dong, the Chadwicks, Tessie, and Tessie’s directors, officers, employees, and attorneys, asserted in the lawsuit styled Mohsen Loghmani v. County of Los Angeles, et al. (“Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. BC662044”) (“Lawsuit 2”) (the Qui Tam Action, Lawsuit 1, and Lawsuit 2 are sometimes collectively referred to as the “Assets” or “Actions”).
