Causes of Action for Sale

Sale of the bankruptcy estate’s interest in certain causes of action, and more described as below:

The seller has alleged or may allege potential causes of action against various parties relating to seller's alleged ownership and alleged wrongful foreclosure of certain real property located at 25517 Los Cabos Drive, Moreno Valley, CA 92551 (the “Moreno Valley Property”) that ultimately resulted in the sale of the Moreno Valley Property at auction to the Buyer on or about June 19, 2019. These causes of action alleged by the Debtor (as further defined below) relating the Moreno Valley Property may include, but are not limited to, the United States District Court case Pathak adv. Amarylsis Development , Inc. et al., Case No.: 2:19-cv-00855- JAD-VCF (“Action”), and other wrongful foreclosure, wrongful eviction, and conversion of property claims which have been filed or which may be filed by Debtor (collectively, the “Moreno Valley Property Claims”).
