Causes of Action for Sale

Sale of all rights, title and interests in and to the Fraudulent Transfer Action and all rights, title and interests in and to any claims or causes of action the bankruptcy estate of C2C (the “C2C Estate”) has against any person, including Johnson, the Children’s Trust, the Denise Johnson Trust and Denise Johnson (collectively, the “C2C Claims”), together with any and all profits, rights, interests, proceeds, properties and assets including, without limitation, the Fraudulently Transferred Assets and the C2C Claims, that the Seller is entitled to and that may be realized Therefrom;
