Business Interests, Life Insurance Policy and Claims for Sale

Sale of assets of the bankruptcy estate include, among other things, equity interests in companies owned and operated by the Seller's family members: Rives & Reynolds Lumber Company, Inc. and Bill Rives Properties, L.P. (“Family Owned Businesses”). Other assets include life insurance policies issued by New York Life Insurance Company and John Hancock (Together, the “Insurance Policies”), and more described as below:

• All of the Estate's interests in Rives & Reynolds Lumber Company, Inc., including liglils to any and all dividends or distributions therefrom;
• All of the Estate's interests in Bill Rives Properties, L.P., including rights to any and all dividends or distributions therefrom;
• All of the Estate's interests in New York Life Insurance Policy #45 136 844 on the life of Terry Reynolds owned by Dawn Ruble, including any interest in the current cash surrender value of the policy;
• All of the Estate's interests in John Hancock policy 056004393 on the lives of Terry and Ann Reynolds owned by Dawn Ruble and William Bruce Reynolds, including any interest in the current cash surrender value of the policy;
• Any claims and causes of action against any and all persons, including any and all malpractice claims against Dawn Ruble's former bankruptcy counsel and any claims or causes of action against Rives & Reynolds Lumber Company. Inc. and Bill Rives Properties, L.P.
