Business Interest and Claims for Auction

Auction Sale of Business Interest and Claims, described as below:

• Business Interest: Ownership interest in Blue Ridge Heart and Vascular, PLC, a Virginia professional limited liability company (“BRHV”);
• Claims: Kenneth Sternberg, M.D. (“Sternberg”), commenced an Adversary Proceeding against Debtor in the Court seeking a determination of non-dischargeability as to debts that Sternberg alleges are owed by Debtor to Sternberg (the “Adversary Proceeding”), designated as Case No. 17-06059. The debtor filed an answer and counterclaims in response to Sternberg’s Complaint in the Adversary Proceeding. The Court issued an order in the Adversary Proceeding finding that the counterclaim [asserted by the Debtor] is property of Dr. Bove’s estate.
