Sale of one-third interest in 40 acres located in Wayne County, Mississippi, the Bankruptcy Estate’s “direct” ownership in fractional interests of Munro Properties, LP and Munro Terminal, LP,and the right to receive a one-third distribution from the decedent’s estate of Donald C. “Sunny” Munro’s mother, Deveaux Munro. Interests are described below:

• Munro Properties, L.P.: 25% limited partnership interest for $44,200.00.
• Munro Properties, L.P.: 8% limited partnership interest for $11,700.00.
• The Decedent’s Estate Of Deveaux W. Munro:
  The Decedent’s Estate owns two (2) parcels of real property described as follows:
  A. Parcel No. 60127550.000, Jackson County, Mississippi which is a parcel of real property on Bienville Blvd, 152.5' wide (frontage) and 400' deep (“Bienville Blvd Property”) for $52,500.00, and
  B. Parcel No. 05408810.000, Lot 25, Block 236 A, Gulf Park Estates Subdivision, Jackson County, Mississippi (“Gulf Park Estates Lot”) for $1,000.00.
