Book Publishing Assets for Sale

Sale of certain assets of MCG Limited Partnership, consisting of Monitor Company Book Publishing Assets include but not be limited to all of the books, articles, works, authorship rights, writings, book publishing income, reproduction rights, compositions assets, copyrights, and any and all past, present and future rights, contract rights, audit rights, book publishing income, payments of any kind, and income of any kind owned by the estates of the Sellers. To the extent such payments of any kind, and/or income of any kind has been or will be received by Seller, all worldwide payments of any kind, and/or income from publishers, book companies, and societies shall be assigned, in perpetuity, to Buyer, including but not limited to...related companies.
