Book 2398, Page 1529 in the Official Records of Citrus County, Florida, and finally assigned pursuant to the Assignment of Agreement for Deed recorded on November 9, 2018 at O.R. Book 2938, Page 1534, in the Official Records of Citrus County, Florida, and with an unpaid principal balance of $18,970.20 as of March 2, 2021;
• Agreement for Deed recorded on July 13, 2015 at Instrument number 201514003561 in Public Records of Desoto County, Florida in the original amount of $7,500.00, assigned pursuant to the Assignment of Agreement for Deed recorded on July 13, 2015 at Instrument number 201514003563 n Public Records of Desoto County, Florida, assigned pursuant to the Warranty Deed to Trust recorded on October 24, 2018 at Instrument number 201814006185 n Public Records of Desoto County, Florida, and finally assigned pursuant to the Assignment of Agreement for Deed recorded on October 24, 2018 at Instrument number 201814006186, and with an unpaid principal balance of $6,924.97 as of March 2, 2021; and
• Balloon Mortgage recorded on August 28, 2006 at O.R. Book 7153, Page 1149 in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida in the original amount of $54,000.00 and subsequently assigned pursuant to the Assignment of Mortgage recorded on October 24, 2018 at O.R. Book 9808, Page 216 in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and with an unpaid principal balance of $43,205.11 as of March 2, 2021.
