Auction House Assets for Sale

Sale of Substantially all Assets of the World Art Auctions, LLC and together with Acquisition Strategies, includes unique works of art, including one-of-a-kind original works and limited edition works. Art is and was comprised of pieces obtained from artists directly, or from publishers. Limited edition works, as their title suggests, are valuable based upon the small number in existence. Original works are one-of-a-kind and cannot be recreated. Their value lies in part in their originality and exclusivity. A portion of the Art is located at the Lapeer Road Warehouse. However, the remaining portion of the Art is located in various other locations, including warehouses owned by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Oceania Cruise Lines1, as well as locations in Washington State and Australia, and with various third party framers, shippers, auction houses and art galleries.
