Assets of Sports Retail Store for Auction

Public Auction Sale of assets of Banger's Sport Shop, LLC including but not limited to, all furniture, firearms, ammunition, inventory, sporting equipment, hunting equipment, taxidermy and accessories. The auction consist of the following:

Phase One: An on-line auction with on-line real time bidding for all firearms and ammunition (the “Firearm Auction”). This auction would be held by Alderfer’s Auction, an auction company possessing a federal firearm license that works in conjunction with Comly. This would be held on March 14, 2017;

Phase Two: An on-line auction of all other inventory, furniture and equipment to be held over two (2) days on March 22 and 23, 2017 (the “Non-Firearms Auction”);
