  • All of Kamana’s rights and interests in all tangible personal property that Lite Solar claims to own shall be transferred to Lite Solar;
  • All of Kamana’s rights and interests in all tangible personal property that Totalis claims to own shall be transferred to Totalis;
  • All of Kamana’s rights and interests in the Totalis Note shall be transferred to Totalis; and
  • All of Kamana’s rights and interests in all Remnant Assets and all assets not covered by the foregoing provisions shall be transferred to Sahni or his designee.
