Sale of Assets of American Boychoir School, which include intellectual property and personal property, described as below:

• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property owned by the estate, including, but not limited to all copyrights and trademarks of the seller whether registered or unregistered as well as any rights, title and interest the seller’s estate may maintain in the intellectual property identified in Schedule A and Schedule B on the attached PDF; all master recordings, complete music library and videos of the seller; all paintings, sculptures, and photographs, signs and signage of the seller, other memorabilia of the seller; and the furniture of the seller;
• Personal Property: The seller has various personal property, including, equipment/music instruments.
