Assets of Recycling Machinery and Equipment Manufacturer

Sale of assets of Worldwide Recycling Equipment Sales, LLC, includes various items of personal property relating to the TUFFMAN® brand, including:

1. The Tuffman Trademark (U.S. Registration No. 4,356,898) together with all related documentation, including all mechanical and electrical drawings for the sorting stations, trammel screens and conveyors, as well as any POs within Seller’s possession showing customer name, location, what was sold, price and terms for all trommels and all sort stations sold by Tuffman;
2. Rights to the Tuffman website;
3. All cad/paper copies for the troughing conveyors, sort stations, and trommels to the extent not included in subparagraph (a) above;
4. Any other paperwork/information necessary to procure and produce the Tuffman equipment; and
5. The e-mail list of Seller’s customers or contacts;
