Assets of Nuclear Power Company for Auction

Auction Sale of Assets of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, et al., to be conducted by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (America), Inc. The Sale assets include:

• Certain construction equipment and tools located at (a) the construction site of Units 2 & 3 at the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Generating Station (the “VC Summer Project”, and such equipment and tools, the “VC Summer Equipment”) and (b) the construction site of Units 3 & 4 at the Alvin W. Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (the “Vogtle Project,” and such equipment and tools, the “Vogtle Equipment”) (the VC Summer Equipment and Vogtle Equipment, collectively, the “Live Auction Assets”), and 
• A concrete batch plant and related equipment related to the VC Summer Project (the “Concrete Batch Assets” and, collectively with the Live Auction Assets, the “Assets”).
